1. Admission Team Responsibilities

The Admission Team is committed to facilitating seamless university applications for students. Key responsibilities include:

• Application Assistance: Guiding students through university selection, document preparation, and submission.

• Document Verification: Ensuring all academic records, passports, and supporting documents meet institutional requirements.

• Liaison with Institutions: Proactively communicating with universities to expedite admission decision

2. Communication Protocol

Client Guidelines:

• Submit documents promptly and truthfully.

• Notify Japatru immediately of any changes to contact details or circumstances.

3. Fee Structure & Payment Requirements

Non-Negotiable Payment Rules:

• All deposits must be paid in full before service commencement.

• Payment delays may result in processing your application.

4. Admission Processing Timeline

• Timelines vary by institution (typically 4–8 weeks).

• Delays due to incomplete documents or institutional backlogs are beyond Japatru’s control.

5. Visa Services

• Document Provision: Assistance with CAS for UK, LoA for Canada and I-20 for US students.

• Applicants must be ready to provide proof of fund and it varies base on the package one choses. We can guide you on that.

• We guide clients about biometric Appointments and also book for it for them.

6. Document Integrity Policy

• All documents must be authentic. Fraudulent submissions result in immediate service termination and legal action.

7. Visa Fees Policy

• Students bear visa application, biometric, and health insurance fees.

• Japatru covers no embassy/consulate charges.

8. WARNING- Refund Policy

THE FOLLOWING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Read carefully before you begin the process.

• Non-Refundable:

 Deposit for visit visa, loan application fee, agency fee, Visa processing fee ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

• Conditional Refunds: School application fees only per institutional policy.

• No Exceptions: Opting out mid-process forfeits all payments. If you decide to quit the process after making payment all fees paid will NOT BE REFUNDED. Reading this before payment is agreeing to the terms of the contract. So you must be sure you are able to finish the process before you make any payment.

8. Study Country-Specific Financial Costs

United Kingdom (GBP/Naira):

• Tuition Deposit: £3,000–£5,000 (The deposit is needed to facilitate the release of CAS before proceeding for visa application).

Below are additional cost for

UK STUDY PACKAGE FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT STUDYING ON LOAN.

• Visa Biometric Fee: £490.

• School Application fee: Ranges from £90 to £120

• Health Insurance (IHS): $700 (1 year program), $1,400 ((2 year program) though some programs last for 1 year which is $700.

• Administrative fee $500 (Non-refundable)

• Visa processing fee N300,000 Naira

• Proof of fund: 28 days bank statement with closing balance of between N40 million to N50 million depending on the course.

FOR BACHELOR DEGREE HOLDERS WHO WANT TO STUDY ON LOAN IN UK, BELOW ARE ADDITIONAL FEES:

• Loan application fee: N100,000 (Non-refundable)

• Visa processing fee N300,000 (Non-refundable)

• Proof of Funds: ₦40M–₦50M depends on your total tuition fee (28-days bank statement).

• To go for loan your loan credit score must be clean.

CANADA STUDENT LOAN PACKAGE (CAD/Naira): You must have bachelor degree with 3:00 CGPA.

• Agency Fee: ₦495,000 (Non Refundable)

• Biometric and Study Permit: $235 CAD Non refundable

• Proof of Funds: ₦30M.

• Tuition deposit: $2,500 CAD

• Loan application fee: N100,000 (Non Refundable)

• Visa processing fee: N300,000 (Non Refundable)

• School application fee: ranges from $90 CAD to $120 CAD

Eligibility Criteria

• You must have bachelor degree to be able to eligible for loan.

• You must not owe any loan in the past else your loan application will be declined.

• You can go for masters directly if you have from 3:00 CGPA but if it’s lesser you can go for PGDE program which is not eligible for loan.

Important Notice/WARNING:

• Refunds are unavailable if you withdraw mid-process.

• Ensure commitment before initiating applications.

UK STUDENT FAMILY PACKAGE

We can enrol married applicants for MRes (Masters by Research) which allows them to move to UK with their dependants. Children’s education is free during applicant’s study and the wife has Right to work in the UK. Loan does not cover this issue package, it’s purely self funded.

FINANCIAL COST:

– Tuition fee deposit payment ranges from £3500 to £5000 (Some schools do refund while some don’t)

– Health Insurance per person £776 per student. Spouse £776 and kid is £776 though it could be lesser sometimes. (Refundable)

-Visa biometric fee per person £135 Non Refundable

-Visa processing fee: N300,000 Naira per person. Non refundable

UK JOB PACKAGE

We do multiple job applications for bachelor and HND holders.

What we do: We do job hunt for clients by submitting several job applications on their behalf. This process usually takes time as we do not have power to influence the decision of the applications, while we have gotten successes as shown on our instagram handles (@japatrulimited) clients who will enrol in this package must be patient to go through the process.

Applicants must provide ECCTIS certificate and a certification related to the job role from Allison Academy.

FINANCIAL COST: Administrative Fee N395,000 Non Refundable.

Canada Visit Visa:

• Cost of package: N1.5m (Deposit: N700,000 – Non Refundable. Deposit covers visa processing and biometric fee.)

• CANADA IRCC processing time for Canada Visa is six (6) months.

• Proof of fund: N7million or $5000 equivalent(6 months bank statement).

NOTE: Before making payment for deposit bear in mind that deposit is NON REFUNDABLE when clients decide to opt out.
